When you start a nearby search, the app requests device location permission. The coordinates are sent to public OpenStreetMap/Overpass search services to find nearby locations; map tiles are loaded from OpenStreetMap services. If you open directions, Google Maps or the navigation app receives the destination and may receive your location separately under its own privacy policy.
Saved favorites and language/theme preferences are stored locally on your device. The site itself does not register an account or operate an independent location-history database. Your internet provider and third-party map services may process network information according to their policies.
Voice input uses your browser or operating system speech recognition service, where available. Speech processing practices depend on that provider.
If ads are enabled later, this policy must be updated to describe Google AdSense/AdMob, consent and data handling before publication. The Android application additionally requires a Play Store data safety declaration reflecting the actual SDKs and distribution build.
You can revoke location/microphone permissions in your browser or device settings and clear local favorites using your browser's site data controls. For questions contact the address above.
